Our Return policy is listed at the bottom of every page on our website. Simply put, if an item does not work for your needs, you must contact Customer Service for a RMA# a provide a reason why the item did not work out. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to the warehouse and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. In order to avoid all of that, you may want to request a sample or two first to see if the item will meet your needs. There is a small shipping and processing fee but it certainly outweighs the price of ordering and returning. Our packaging advisors are willing to help you.
