IS THIS BAG WEIGHT TESTED AND HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN IT HANDLE? IS DOUBLE BAGGING NEEDED OR ONE BAG IS ENOUGH?

without double bagging some bags can't hold the weight it's too much cost to do this...why the gusset isn't 10?
