Short answer: No.
Longer answer: It depends on the temperature and time. If you're doing a full bake and the cup has spent 1hr in the oven at 350 degrees F, then no - the cup is going to be very hot and will need to cool before handling. It may be more tolerable if the time and temps are much lower, much like in a "reheat" situation, or perhaps a broil - but that isn't the main use for these and we can't guarantee that they will be safe to handle immediately out of the oven at any temp.
