This bag can hold 5 to 10 lbs of food - however this bag in particular doesn't seem big enough for a half pan tray (if you're referring to the 1/2 hotel pan standard size.)
I've got a disposable aluminum half tray here that measures 12.75 x 10.5 inches along the top / outer rim - and it's too large for this bag. The bags themselves also have a small variance in size, and may not be exactly 12 x 10 in. - so it's always safer to make sure the bags are a little larger than the exact size of the pan.
You should also leave yourself a little room so that your hand fits in the bag when placing the containers inside - especially when using paper bags (since they're not very stretchy and can tear more easily.) It also helps with customers being able to remove the contents easily.
