These specific bags use 100gsm / 67lb basis weight paper. So they would be slightly thicker than the 60lb bags you described.
If you are looking for a heavier bag the following has slightly different dimensions at 5-1/2 x 3-1/4 x 13" but uses 140 gsm / 95lb basis weight paper:
