The listed prices are available to all customers. You don't have to do anything out of the ordinary to order at these prices (although we suggest creating an account for easier reordering and faster customer service in the future.)
The "Wholesale Pricing" table lists the per case price at each quantity level - each case costs less as you increase the number of cases you're ordering (according to the levels.)
To get the per case price listed at the 2-4 level, you just need to add a 2, 3 or 4 cases of the product into your cart to get that pricing. Generally, there's a further per case discount at 5 or more cases.
