I suggest turning the heat setting down on your heat sealer or not keeping the contact with the bag on so long, and make sure you are applying enough pressure.. Polypropylene (that's the liner) is a heatsealable film.
I was unable to get these to heat seal with out burning the outside bag. any suggestions? White Gloss Paper Cookie / Chips Tin Tie Bags w. Large Window and Polypropylene Liner
