How do I know these bags are really biodegradable and is EPI a certification of its biodegradability?

EPI is a Environmental Technology company that sells the materials they engineer that when added to plastics speeds up the breakdown to reduce waste and help prevent pollution by bags being discarded improperly. EPI degradable bags are totally recyclable, and reusable like most other plastic bags.
