No, the 12x9x4 is meant only for 6 Jumbo sized cupcakes, if you want to put 12 regular sized cupcakes in a box that the insert will fit you need the 14x10x4 size....I'll link you to it here https://www.mrtakeoutbags.com/product... and we have them with or without a window on the top.
