can it be used in a oven ? can it be steam cooked? whats the max temp it can be used at, if used in oven.

The Deli type containers are made from Polypropylene, and as far as we know they are NOT suitable for oven use. They are Microwaveable and dishwasher safe so they can handle some temperature ranges but the exact degree range we don't know. We would suggest getting a couple samples and test them for your application.
