The 100 per case refers to how many sheets of inserts are in the box you buy. So if one sheet is a 24 cupcake insert, and you buy a case of 100 cupcake box insert, then you're goinf ot be able to ship out 2400 cupcakes with those inserts. That's a lot of cupcakes and you'll need 100 cupcake boxes to put those inserts in.
