I wouldn't recommend putting extremely wet items directly into this catering tray unless you also used another catering dish or tray inside of this tray. Probably it would be best if we spoke before we get into sending you samples. It appears you may have wanted to put wet food items directly in this box and perhaps we can suggest a better product and if you aren't familiar with that then we can discuss what samples you need to make a decision.
