The height of the exterior walls on the carrier is just about 3-3/4" tall. If your cups are only 4" tall, they will get lost. You may have better luck with this carrier if you have at least an 8 oz cup- https://www.mrtakeoutbags.com/product... It is very "Earth Friendly" too Hope this helps.
